CHaRM: Eco-Cycle Center for Hard-to-Recycle Materials
CHaRM opened in 2001 and was the first facility of its kind in the nation. It collects unusual materials like electronics and plastic bags for recycling and reuse. CHaRM accepts many items and also maintains a list of hard-to-recycle items in Boulder County on its website. There is a $3 per-visit facility user fee as well as additional fees for some items.
