Troutdale Tavern is graciously opening their restaurant for an ESA fundraiser on March 14. Please join us for an evening of good food, music and trivia to support ESA and our new ‘Let’s Embrace Zero Food Waste’ project in mountain area schools.
Did you know: 40% of food grown and processed in the United States is wasted? While that may be a shocking number, there are ways we all can improve. ‘Let’s Embrace Zero Food Waste’ is a Mountain Area partnership between local schools and food banks in order to reduce food waste and provide donations to those in need. We pickup the unopened non-perishable food that kids don’t eat and take it to be used by the local food banks.
By making your dinner reservation today you are supporting our ‘Let’s Embrace Zero Food Waste’ school program. Troutdale Tavern is graciously giving 70% of the proceeds and 100% of the tips to ESA.
